Supported files
You can submit the following files:
PDF files;
images in JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC or WebP format;
Word files in DOC or DOCX format;
Excel files in XLS or XLSX format;
CSV, XML and TXT files;
ZIP files.
File limits
Up to 20 files per upload.
Up to 25 MB per regular file.
Up to 50 MB per ZIP file.
Up to 250 MB in total per upload.
For accurate recognition
Make sure all corners of a receipt or invoice are visible.
Use sufficient light and avoid shadows or blur.
Prefer the original PDF file.
Submit both sides when each contains relevant information.
Do not combine different invoices in one image.
Privacy
Submit financial documents through Mijn Van Passe. Do not share sensitive documents through public chat channels or unsecured email.
