Supported files

You can submit PDFs, images, Office files, CSV/XML files and ZIP files. You can select up to 20 files per upload. Each file may be up to 25 MB.
ā€‹

For the best recognition

  • Make sure all corners of a receipt or invoice are visible.

  • Use sufficient light and avoid shadows or blur.

  • Prefer the original PDF over a screenshot.

  • Submit both sides when each contains relevant information.

  • Do not combine different invoices in one image.

Privacy

Submit financial documents through Mijn Van Passe. Do not share sensitive documents through public chat channels or unsecured email.
