After your request, Van Passe checks whether the work is clear and feasible. If information is missing, you receive a question first.

You receive a proposal describing the work, timing and price. You can accept it or send a comment. A comment may lead to an updated version.

When payment is required, complete it through the secure payment step. The work then moves into delivery and you can follow its progress.

After delivery, you can view the result and confirm completion. If you still have a substantive comment, reply within the same request.
