When Van Passe needs information, the request receives the status Waiting for your answer. Open it and use Reply or add information. Add all relevant details or files there.

Review the work, timing and price. You can accept or send a substantive reply. Van Passe then reviews the request again and may issue a new proposal version.

This keeps the question, your answer, the proposal and later agreements in one timeline. A separate email can lose context and delay the review.
